This new version of the software is called ME 3.2 and includes updates to the infotainment system’s functions, controls, and design. The improved battery management enhances your car’s range and increases the charging efficiency, which means shorter charging times. This update also includes an expanded range of Škoda Connect online services.
1. Wait to be contacted by your local Škoda service partner.
2. Make an appointment.
3. Arrive at the workshop. Please note that it can take on average around six hours to complete the update, so your local retailer may need the vehicle for the whole day. In extreme circumstances this could be longer.
4. Pick up your refreshed Enyaq.
All other updates will now run over the air via the Online System Update service. This means it will no longer be necessary to visit a service centre for future updates.
